The UK is looking for a Procurement and Sourcing Manager to support our Global Well Services team. Our ideal candidate will have experience of end-to-end management of sourcing, procurement, and supplier performance to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and reliable supply of goods and services that support operational and business objectives.
This role covers the full supplier lifecycle:
- Sourcing – identify, evaluate, and select suppliers
- Procurement – contract execution and purchasing
- Supplier Management – performance, risk, and improvement
Requirements
- Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in:
- Procurement / purchasing
- Strategic sourcing
- Supplier or category management
