About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Logistics Co-ordinator to join our HR team on a maternity cover basis. This is a key support role responsible for coordinating logistics and HR support, ensuring smooth delivery of HR processes, and providing an efficient and professional service to our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end HR logistics, including onboarding, mobilisations, and rotations
- Manage employee mobilisation schedules offshore in line with operational needs
- Maintain and update HR systems and personnel records accurately
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks
- Support performance management and sickness case management
- Liaise with internal departments and external providers to ensure seamless coordination
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
- Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legislation
About You
- Experience in an HR, logistics, or coordination role (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
Desirable
- Experience within offshore, energy, or logistics-driven environments
- Knowledge of HR tracking systems and offshore schedules
