Candidates must have relevant experience in the role; minimum offshore certification to work offshore in North Sea and a right to work in the UK and following experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of offshore experience in Fishing & Milling operations.
- While no specific educational background is required, some formal classroom or online training related to Fishing & Milling operations is preferred.
- Extensive experience in a variety of Fishing & Milling operations, with a strong background in offshore execution.
- A mechanical aptitude and pragmatic approach, with a solid understanding of the downhole dynamics of Fishing & Milling Bottom Hole Assemblies (BHAs), and the ability to design and implement appropriate BHA combinations.
- Self-motivation, proven offshore operations experience, successful job execution, and an understanding of downhole hydraulics.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
