We currently have a new vacancy within our Platform Drilling Maintenance Team within our facility at Blackburn Aberdeen. This role will be to provide support for the maintenance department by maintaining up to date records in the Clientโ€™s Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP) and operations management system (Sharepoint). This role would suit someone with organisational skills and has good attention to detail. No previous experience required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close work orders reported as completed by offshore maintenance teams.
  • Enter work order history to maintenance system from paper copies of work orders.
  • Create corrective work orders to cover defects and other workscopes as reported by offshore personnel.
  • Produce weekly workload reports for each offshore installation.
  • Log information in operations management system (Sharepoint) as appropriate.
  • Answer day to day queries on maintenance system from offshore personnel.
  • Be fully conversant with Archer policies and promote them at all opportunities.
  • Proactive in supporting Company safety initiatives.
