Archer UK currently have an exciting opportunity for a Logging Operations Coordinator to register their interest in joining the team upon the award of a large upcoming project. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a thriving team. The successful candidate will be the front‑end client focal point for defined operations globally and is responsible for ensuring that detailed planning of logging operations are prepared, executed and completed to ensure excellent overall performance and safety. You will directly communicate with engineers before and during execution of the work, and the Logging Analysts for preparation of deliverables to the customer. This will be based in Blackburn Aberdeenshire. Successful candidates will join on a full‑time, permanent basis.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Be the operational focal point to customers and ensure full understanding of the job objective, and that customers understand our proposed solution and technology.
- Function as coordinator between mechanical, logging and alliance partners on all operations.
- Ensure that required tool sketches, tension simulations, mobilisation lists, etc are prepared and communicated with relevant parties.
- Ensure pre‑planning of the operations and post‑job evaluation/reports, including engineer briefs and debriefs, are completed.
- Work with management, HR, and Workshop to ensure required resources are available.
Requirements
- Technical qualification/degree preferred or qualified by experience.
- IWCF certificate level 4.
- Must have e‑line logging and perforating experience, preferably as a field engineer or similar logging coordinator role.
- Experience in P & A activities is preferred.
- Strong IT skills.
- Right to work in the UK is essential.
