We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager for our Wireline business, based in our Blackburn office, Aberdeen, on a full-time basis.
This role is responsible for the commercial growth of Archerβs Wireline services in the UK, Africa, and Caspian region. Key responsibilities include managing strategic customer relationships, executing sales initiatives, supporting operational alignment, and ensuring contract and account performance. The role requires a combination of technical understanding and commercial acumen, working closely with sales and operations teams.
We are looking for a self-starter with a strategic and commercial mindset, who is a good team player with effective communication skills.
Education
- Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
- Equivalent industry experience in technical sales or field operations is acceptable.
Experience
- Minimum 8β10 years in Wireline or Well Services technical sales and account management.
- Proven success in business development, proposal preparation, and customer engagement.
- Experience supporting operations and managing commercial contracts is essential.
You must have the right to work in the UK.
