Archer UK currently have an exciting opportunity for a Certification Co-ordinator to join our Coil Tubing team. The successful candidate will be based in Badentoy (Portlethen), Aberdeen. You will join on a full time, fixed term/temporary basis. You will be responsible for tracking certification for all related Coiled Tubing equipment and providing the certification packages to customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. Preparing and maintaining certification-related documentation.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with 3rd party suppliers, ensuring certification is up to the standard our client requires.
- Documentation and record-keeping: Maintaining accurate records. Assisting with the preparation of workshop reports, including maintenance job cards and certification packs.
- Tracking and Communication: Monitoring the certification dates of equipment on live operations.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving certification-related challenges. Developing contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure minimal impact on operations.
- Responsible for organising the repair or replacement of new lifting equipment. Making sure everything is up to correct lifting standard.
- Run weekly reports on equipment certification onshore and offshore.
- Arrange third party inspections with the relevant inspection companies.
- Work closely with the workshop supervisor.
- Reports to the Workshop Supervisor.
- Attend mobilisation and daily progress meetings regarding transport and certification status.
Requirements:
- Experience in MS packages.
- Equipment certification knowledge/experience in a dedicated certification coordination role.
- Experience in ERP systems.
- Dangerous goods (desired).
- Good customer service skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK in place.
