Materials Coordinators to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis .

We will be supporting our client by deploying a new buildcompactworkover rig to support the P&A activities on their asset.

Thisis an exciting opportunity to be involved in the newbuild compact workover rig throughout the manufacture, testing, mobilisation and operations.

This will include supporting offshore operations to reinstate existing platform systems and prepare the platform to integrate the compactworkover rig onto the platform.

The Matco is responsible for maintaining spare parts and sufficient stock levels to minimise the risk of delay in operations or downtime and to check that all manifested equipment for Archer and client has been offloaded and checked.

You will also ensure that all equipment advised for backload is accurately documented on the inward manifest.

The successful candidates will work in the North Sea out of Dyce on a

3/3 rotation .

Duties/Responsibilities

  • To complete regular stock checks on all Archer controlled stock to maintain accuracy.
  • Liaising with Senior Toolpusher regarding shipping movements.
  • Informing Senior Toolpusher of any items to be ordered.
  • Keeping an accurate record of spares withdrawn from the stores and maintain material issue records
  • To raise material requisitions or repair requisitions for all drilling requirements and ensure the authorisation of such requests with the Senior Toolpusher.
  • To raise inward manifest for all materials requiring backload to onshore base and raise the Transport Request Order requesting vessel backload space with the person responsible.
  • Ensuring that storage areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Liaising with the Lead Roustabout for the back loading of drilling equipment.
  • Compiling a concise hand-over for relief at crew change.
  • Attending and taking minutes of safety meetings when requested and safeguarding the welfare of all crew members.
  • Maintaining all stored items in appropriate conditions to prevent deterioration of conditions.
  • To maintain accurate personnel reports (i. e. POB / Training / Holidays / Sickness) for Archer personnel.
  • Search all material stock database for requested material on other rigs before issuing new requisition.
  • Liaise with HR for replacement in the event of crew shortages.
  • Allocate beds to Archer personnel on board and maintain same.
  • Record all hours worked for Archer and Archer Sub Contractor personnel.
  • Maintain records tracking duration of Sub Contractor rental equipment.
  • Control and issue PPE. Ensure stock levels are satisfactory.
  • COSHH focal point.

Requirements

  • Must have relevant experience in a similar Materials Coordinator role offshore role in the North Sea.
  • Dangerous Goods by Sea & Air essential.
  • BOSIET or FOET with CA-EBS.
  • MIST.
  • OPITO Working at Hight level 2.
  • OEUK Medical.
  • Passenger Shoulder Measurement.
  • Right to work in the UK essential.
