As Director of Software Engineering, you will embark on a mission of a dynamic and expanding engineering function, playing a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, strategy, and operational leadership across global teams.
Working in close partnership with the CTO and the broader executive leadership team, you will define and deliver a forward-thinking software roadmap aligned with the company’s ambitious growth plans. With an engineering team of 20 and growing, you will lead from the front—championing engineering best practices, scaling the function, and embedding a culture of performance, agility, and innovation.
This role is ideal for a proven technology leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, with a track record of scaling software teams and delivering complex technical solutions at speed.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across a growing global software engineering team
- Drive technical delivery and architectural excellence in a lean, agile environment
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, QA, DevOps, and Design to ensure end-to-end alignment
- Oversee recruitment, budgeting, and performance for the software engineering function
- Act as a key contributor to executive-level decision-making and technology strategy
10+ years of proven leadership of large-scale global engineering departments with senior management and technical leads.
