Data Lead (Data Architect) position in the Investment Management space in Dublin, focusing specifically on their Private Markets business. This is a long-term, rolling daily rate contract opportunity to play an impactful role in a global technology transformation programme as part of a new team.

This Investment Management business is growing and has made some major acquisitions in recent years. They are implementing a new front-back office technology platform across all of their sites and integrating the new businesses. They are building a green field data platform using Snowflake and Databricks.

This Data Lead (Data Architect) will be responsible for driving this implementation programme in the Private Markets business. It is a diverse fund with many interesting asset classes, presenting some challenging data problems to solve. This is a high impact, critical position that will suit a driven and ambitious Data Lead.

You will be joining at the very start of this major transformation – it will be a challenging, exciting journey with no shortage of opportunity to make an impact.

This position will ideally suit a Data Lead with a strong track record in the investment management or asset management space, specifically with experience in Private Markets (private equity, real estate, VC funds, etc.).

  • Investment Management Sector – Private Markets
  • Global Technology Transformation
  • Front-Back Office System Implementation & Data Lake implementation (Databricks and Snowflake)
  • Great learning, Impact & progression opportunities
  • Proven background (10 - 15+ years) as a Data, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics professional
  • Strong hands-on background in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence, and 5+ years operating as a Data Lead or Data Architect
  • Strong Experience in the Investment Management domain, particularly Private Markets

Daily Rate: £6 month, rolling contract
