As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling strategic programmes by identifying, analysing, and documenting business processes and requirements. You’ll work closely with project managers and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making, uncover opportunities for continuous improvement, and ensure alignment between programme outcomes and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and analyze business requirements and processes
  • Support planning, monitoring, and reporting activities across key strategic initiatives
  • Use data analysis and visualisation to generate insights that guide project direction
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and incremental delivery
  • Identify and recommend improvements through gap analysis and stakeholder feedback

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Consumer, Retail, Tech, Gaming, or eCommerce industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Excel, Power BI)
  • Experience working in regulated environments and/or digital transformation projects is a plus
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CSM, or MSP are desirable but not essential
