My client is seeking a highly driven and high-impact Business Analyst to support the wider Programme Management team in a large-scale, well-funded transformation.

The BA role will be part of the wider Transformation team who ultimately shape, enable and drive the strategic change relating to their Procurement processes at the centre of their leading and growing global business. You will take ownership of the requirements gathering, understanding and documenting business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that business and programme needs are met through process improvements.

This role strategically bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and project deliverables. Strong stakeholder management skills are an absolute must to thrive in this organisation.
