We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Veterinary Nurse to join our growing team. As a Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting the veterinary team in providing high-quality care to a variety of animals. You will play a pivotal role in patient care, assisting in surgery, running consultations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Assisting in the preparation and recovery of animals undergoing surgery. * Monitoring and maintaining anaesthesia during procedures. * Taking and developing radiographs. * Providing nursing care to hospitalised animals, ensuring their comfort and safety. * Performing routine clinical procedures such as blood tests, vaccinations, and wound care. * Educating pet owners on animal care, including nutrition, behaviour, and preventative healthcare. * Assisting with consultations, both pre and post-operative, and offer advice to clients. * Managing patient records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
