Job Description: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to matching them with the perfect role within our client organisations. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. This is a fast-paced and target-driven role where success is rewarded through competitive commission, bonuses, and incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure suitability for roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing effective solutions.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement, including negotiating terms and managing offer processes.
- Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for revenue generation and placements.
