We're a growing recruitment group, and we're looking for one person to take on and grow our use of LLMs. We've already built a working AI capability that's central to how we operate. This role is about taking it on, extending it, and pushing it further — with real autonomy over where it goes next. You'll have a foundation already in place rather than a blank page, the freedom to choose how you build, and the room to run with it.
This is a high-ownership role. We'll give you real problems, genuine independence, and plenty of scope to grow as the work does.
What we care about:
- A genuine, demonstrable interest in LLMs and what they can actually do — you tinker, you build, you've gone deeper than the headlines.
- The drive to take something working and make it better, then keep improving it.
- Comfort writing code (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and the appetite to learn fast.
- The judgement to understand a problem before automating it.
What we don't need:
- Years on a CV. We're open to brilliant recent graduates and experienced developers alike — what matters is what you can build and how you think.
- Recruitment experience. Helpful if you have it, completely fine if you don't.
Why it's worth it:
A rare chance to own real work end to end, with the autonomy to do it your way and a working foundation to build on. Small team, no bureaucracy, lots of headroom to grow.
To apply: send your CV and a line on something you've built with an LLM.
