I am working exclusively with a growing, independent construction consultancy that's winning exciting commercial projects across London and is looking to appoint an ambitious Intermediate Project Manager. This is an opportunity to become part of a close-knit, collaborative team where you'll have real responsibility, genuine career progression and exposure to high-quality projects, not just another number in a large corporate.

What you'll be working on:

  • Commercial office refurbishments (Cat A & Cat B)
  • Office remodelling projects
  • Occupier fit-outs
  • Occasional new build developments

We're looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 4 years' Project Management experience
  • Commercial office sector experience
  • Strong knowledge of Cat A & Cat B projects
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • RICS Chartered or keen to work towards Chartership
  • Experience gained within a consultancy environment (larger consultancy background advantageous)
