Our client is a Boutique consultancy established by a group of like-minded entrepreneurial former colleagues that recognised the need for a fresh approach to building consultancy. Based in the west end they operate on a hybrid basis 3-4 days a week in the office or site based on projects across the UK.
They have need due to recent project wins for up to two chartered project management professionals to join their London based team.
Essential:
- Client facing experience.
- Industrial and logistics experience.
- Refurbishment experience, strong PM, CA/EA track record.
- Team operator.
- Attention to detail and focus on high quality rigorous approach.
- Commercially focused.
- Consultancy background in commercial real estate.
- Chartered status, preferably MRICS but MCIOB also considered.
- Building Surveying or PM background.
Desirable:
- Retail warehousing experience.
- Cladding remediation experience.
- Landlord commercial office refurbishment experience.
- Experience with Agreements for Lease and development delivery.
- Experience and understanding of development funding.
- Strong industry network.
- Strong client relationships and ability to develop business (or at a more junior level, ambition to contribute and broaden their capabilities in this area).
On offer is a salary of up to £75,000 dependant on experience. Our client also operates a contractual bonus scheme whereby team members are expected to earn performance related bonuses, paid quarterly. Further discretionary bonuses are paid where appropriate.
