Senior Project Manager - Industrial & Logistics

Full-Time No home office possible

Chartered Project Manager required to join a boutique consultancy established by a group of like-minded former colleagues that recognised the need for a fresh approach to building consultancy.

Based in the west end they operate on a hybrid basis 3‑4 days a week in the office or site, working on industrial and logistics projects across the UK. Your role will support their recent project wins and involve leading projects at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage industrial and logistics projects.
Deliver refurbishment work with a rigorous, high‑quality approach.
Build and maintain client‑facing relationships and service delivery.
Collaborate with teams to negotiate agreements for lease and development.
Manage commercial real‑estate consultancy work, including development funding and project delivery.

Qualifications

Client facing experience.
Industrial and logistics experience.
Refurbishment experience, strong PM, CA/EA track record.
Team operator.
Attention to detail and focus on high‑quality rigorous approach.
Commercially focused experience.
Consultancy background in commercial real estate.
Chartered status, preferably MRICS but MCIOB also considered.
Building Surveying or PM background.
Retail warehousing experience.
Landlord commercial office refurbishment experience.
Experience with agreements for lease and development delivery.
Experience and understanding of development funding.
Strong industry network.
Strong client relationships; ability to develop business or, at a more junior level, ambition to broaden capabilities in this area.

Compensation

Salary up to £75,000, depending on experience. Contractual bonus scheme with quarterly performance‑related bonuses, plus discretionary bonuses where appropriate.
