We are assisting a renowned UK consultancy in the acquisition of an ambitious and aspiring Senior Project Manager or Associate Director. This role offers a high performing team environment within a renowned consultancy and an opportunity to progress your career with a clear progression plan set out.
The position involves a mix of commercial, hospitality/leisure, and retro-fit out projects. Archer Recruitment is working with a leading UK consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager or Associate Director with proven experience in delivering projects autonomously for a minimum of five years, including solid contract administration experience of JCT.
MRICS or a desire for MRICS would be preferable to align with this high performing and ambitious partner-led team. Starting as soon as possible due to a growing project portfolio, you will be confident, proactive, and motivated to join a team with a strong work, social, and self-improvement ethic, along with good communication skills and an enjoyment of business development and cultivating strong client relationships.
You have the opportunity to work on a mix of commercial, hospitality construction, real estate, engineering, architecture, and renewables.
