We are seeking a motivated, commercially minded Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have strong pre- and post-contract experience across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, education, local authority, commercial fit-out, defence, and blue-light projects.
You will be confident across the full project lifecycle, with proven capability in cost planning, valuations, change control, contract administration, procurement support, and interim and final accounts. A strong working knowledge of JCT contracts is essential, with exposure to NEC4 considered advantageous.
You will be comfortable managing commercial reporting and supporting commercially assured delivery from inception through to completion. This role is ideal for someone already taking ownership of key Quantity Surveying responsibilities and demonstrating clear potential to progress into a Lead Quantity Surveyor role on projects.
You will be joining a growing SME that prides itself on being a positive disruptor in the industry, with a strong people-first culture and a progressive approach to project delivery.
