Overview
This role is with Archer Recruitment, a recruitment partner within the UK Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy market. The company is working with a specialist independent construction consultancy in the Residential sector to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor to its London team. The team provides Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employers Agent and Carbon Management services to developer clients for Build to Rent, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Co-living & Regeneration projects.
The Project Quantity Surveyor role is based from modern offices in the West End with a hybrid working policy (typically 4 days a week in the office or on site).
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of key projects through all RIBA stages.
- Work directly with Directors and assist in managing junior colleagues in the team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a cost consultancy or client-side role in the Residential sector.
- MRICS qualification or working towards APC (preferred).
Salary and Benefits
The Project QS role is paying up to £65,000 salary plus a comprehensive benefits package.
