Our client, a young rapidly growing boutique consultancy created by an established industry professional, is looking to recruit a Building Surveyor/ Project Manager. Operating across a variety of clients including asset managers, charities, tier one institutions, livery companies, private clients and family offices. This is an excellent opportunity to fast track your career and to play a formative role in shaping and developing yourself as a vital part of the company's future.
Ideally, you will be a self-motivated, conscientious and eloquent individual who would relish the opportunity to play a formative and pivotal role in shaping the successful delivery of project & technical consultancy. With proven Building Surveying/Project Management experience in the UK across the full skillset including employer's agent/ contract administrator, project delivery, project monitoring, full range of building consultancy services including technical due diligence, condition surveys, defects analysis, reinstatement cost assessments, party walls & neighbourly matters and dilapidations.
A salary commensurate with experience up to £75,000 is on offer with benefits:
- 7% employer's contributory pension
- Health Insurance
- Birthday as an extra day off
- 25 days holiday plus an extra day for every year of consecutive service up to a maximum of 30 days
