The Role
- Lead Security Engineering and Security Operations functions
- Drive modern cloud and application security practices
- Improve detection, response, automation, and operational resilience
- Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and software engineering workflows
- Partner closely with platform, infrastructure, and development teams
- Help shape AI-enabled approaches to security operations and tooling
- Develop and scale high-performing security teams across multiple regions
What You Bring
- Senior experience leading Security Operations, Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or Cloud Security functions
- Strong background in cloud-native security environments (AWS preferred)
- Experience with modern security tooling across SIEM, EDR, IAM, vulnerability management, and cloud security platforms
- Strong understanding of secure SDLC, CI/CD security, and engineering enablement
