Top tier team in London are expanding their Building Surveying Division. Prestigious clients, City location and fantastic offices.

We are excited to be working with a top tier consultancy to find Chartered Building Surveyors, Senior Building Surveyors - up to Associate for their Building & Projects Consultancy. They have an enviable client list and cover a range of work including technical due diligence, dilapidations, defect diagnosis, surveys, PPM, RCA, remedial works, as well as projects up to a value of around £4m.

The work is distributed across the team so everyone gets a broad range, and everyone is encouraged to build relationships with the clients whatever level you are. They work across pretty much all sectors so a great diverse range; despite being an agency business, 70% of their work comes from external clients.

We are looking for enthusiastic people, who are willing to learn and want to work within a team spirited culture. It's a great opportunity to join a large corporate business that has a small team feel.
