Responsibilities
- Own and manage multiple global software + hardware implementation projects
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and manufacturing teams
- Drive project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Travel internationally once per month to meet clients and lead on-site implementation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the client experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a SaaS environment
- Strong background working across both software and hardware projects
