Archer Recruitment is working with a prestigious construction consultancy in London to recruit a Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor to lead projects in the Data Centre sector. You will be joining an experienced cost management team, taking the lead with a number of key clients & projects, and managing a team of surveyors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious QS with aspirations to become an Equity Partner of a highly successful and well-renowned business in the London market.
The business has developed a strong client base in the DC market with a healthy pipeline of UK-based projects at various stages currently.
They are now looking to recruit an experienced CSA Quantity Surveyor who has delivered data centre projects and will oversee QS services from inception to completion, working closely alongside the client teams.
They will monitor a number of projects at one time and be responsible for managing significant capital expenditure budgets. In addition to this, the Senior Associate will manage a team of junior surveyors and work with the management team to develop new business opportunities.
The successful candidate for this role will be a RICS chartered Quantity Surveyor with 6+ years\’ PQS experience in the built environment, particularly working on data centre projects.
The role is based in the consultancy\’s modern central London office, with some requirement to work from client offices, and travel to site as required.
This position will pay a salary up to £110,000 with additional benefits including bonus, 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), private medical cover, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, and paid professional memberships.
