We are looking for a motivated and reliable Process Operator to join the Technical Department at Totally Natural Solutions, part of ADM, based in Paddock Wood. This hands-on role focuses on operating specialist CO₂ extraction equipment to produce high-quality hop extracts used in the food and beverage industry. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of two CO₂ extraction machines and associated equipment
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the department to support food safety
- Accurately label, pack, and complete production documentation in a timely manner
- Support site-wide waste reduction initiatives in line with company policy
- Follow HACCP procedures and Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Work in accordance with food quality standards (ISO FSSC22000, ISO9001)
- Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and proactively identify potential risks
- Report accidents, near misses, and damage promptly to management

- Good IT skills and ability to complete documentation accurately

Education & Experience
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Combined Science or Chemistry, Maths, and English
- Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery or process equipment is preferred
