Main Responsibilities:
- Operate processing and packing equipment equipped with a manufacturing recipe management system.
- Inspect and maintain safety (LOTO) and quality (HACCP / GMP) parameters and specifications.
- Safely execute equipment start-up and shutdown procedures.
- Prepare production documents, such as manufacturing records, quality records, and productivity reports.
- Execute Autonomous Maintenance activities, including general cleaning and inspections to prescribed standards.
- Maintain equipment performance by understanding equipment structure and functions, and identify causes of abnormalities.
- Work independently or as part of a team, utilizing problem-solving tools (RCA, 5 Why) to determine root causes, eliminate losses, and improve processes.
Additional Requirements:
- Ensure full compliance with Company Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Environmental requirements.
- Educated to GCSE level.
