Your Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Site Operative based in Knottingley, West Yorkshire. This is a multi-skilled position covering all aspects of production across the flour mill. The position is based on a shift system of four on/four off, which includes two days & two nights. The role reports to the Production Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Work within the Company Health and Safety guidelines, adhering to the critical life standards policy.
• Ensure all food safety compliance requirements are maintained within the plant.
• Work towards production targets to ensure performance excellence across the site.
• Conduct laboratory testing of wheat & flour to ensure high quality standards.
• Accurately complete all required documentation.
• Support other site functions such as Weighbridge, Warehouse & Hygiene when required.

Your Profile

• An effective team member.
• Good oral and written communication skills within operations.
• Problem-solving abilities to analyze situations objectively and reach logical solutions.
• Food process experience is ideal but not essential; training will be provided.
