Your Responsibilities
This role provides administrative and coordination support across the Supply Chain function, with a strong focus on logistics, supply chain data, KPI reporting, inventory accuracy and procurement administration.

The role will work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Procurement and other internal teams to ensure activities are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company procedures and controls.

Duties will include

  • Providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Supply Chain and Logistics functions.
  • Monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with suppliers and transport providers, and supporting the resolution of logistics issues and discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate supply chain data and documentation, and preparing regular KPI, logistics and performance reports.
  • Coordinating the Supply Chain cycle counting process, monitoring inventory accuracy and following up on discrepancies with Operations.
  • Supporting Procurement with purchase requests, supplier administration and associated documentation.
  • Ensuring purchase requests and supply chain activities follow agreed processes, approval requirements, segregation of duties and internal controls.
  • Identifying data discrepancies, process issues and opportunities for improvement, escalating where appropriate.
  • Supporting the implementation and improvement of supply chain processes, systems and reporting.
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely completion of supply chain activities.

Your Profile

  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent; minimum GCSE English and Mathematics at grades A-C/4-9 or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations or administrative coordination role.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to work confidently with data and spreadsheets.
  • Experience producing reports, maintaining data and monitoring KPIs would be advantageous.
  • Good understanding of supply chain, logistics, procurement or business administration processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and investigate issues.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers and service providers
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks while also working effectively as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and finding practical solutions.
  • Ability and willingness to follow established processes, procedures and internal controls.
  • Comfortable working with confidential and commercially sensitive information.
  • Experience with ERP systems or supply chain management systems would be advantageous.
