Join ADM Protexin and play a key role in ensuring our packaging meets the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and quality. We’re looking for a detail-driven and organised Packaging Specifications Coordinator to manage packaging data, technical documentation, and compliance activities across our product range. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in packaging, specifications, or technical administration within FMCG or manufacturing.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and update packaging specifications across all formats
- Manage technical documentation including TDS and packing sheets
- Ensure data accuracy and oversee document control processes
- Support compliance with packaging regulations, including PPWR
- Coordinate supplier documentation and recyclability data
- Assist with packaging artwork and cutter guide compliance checks
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep systems and documentation up to date
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in packaging, specifications, or technical documentation (FMCG/food/manufacturing preferred)
- Understanding of packaging materials and artwork compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
Desirable:
- Packaging qualification (or equivalent experience)
