Your Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Mill Operative at our Seaforth, Liverpool site. The main purpose of this role is to carry out cleaning duties to maintain an efficient site hygiene operation under the direction of the team leader. Achieving and maintaining a high standard of hygiene, in line with food safety requirements and ADM’s own high standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- To comply with and promote Safety and Health requirements in accordance with corporate policy, Site procedures and UK legislation.
- To carry out scheduled and unscheduled hygiene work.
- Keep appropriate records of work done.
- Carry out hygiene operations safely as per procedures, to an appropriate standard.
- Assist in IPM as required.
- Assist on Maintenance days as required.
- Bring any leaking or noisy plant to the attention of an appropriate person.
- To adhere to any changes to procedures or record keeping that may be necessary.
Your Profile
- Good knowledge and experience of all aspects concerning hygiene, Safety and Health, IPM, food safety and Company Site Standards secondary education, particularly in Mathematics and English.
- Pest control awareness.
- Food Safety awareness.
- Record keeping.
- COSHH.
- The ability to communicate effectively with other staff and departments.
