- Management and coordination of the development of innovative solutions in Food & Beverage applications from concept to production, ensuring quality, safety, productivity, effectiveness, and timelines for the Foodservice sector.
- Recipe and raw material management for quality assurance.
- Standardization and strategic expansion of the product portfolio.
- Independent planning, coordination, and organization of innovation and product adaptation projects, including documentation and evaluation.
- Project & Portfolio Management
