Your Responsibilities:

  • The operations administrator will provide administrative support to Operations staff. Key duties include handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, updating records, and supporting HR and EHS functions.
  • Communication: Organising meetings and taking minutes.
  • Office Operations: Updating company literature and co-ordinating company awareness and action initiatives.
  • Data & Records Management: Updating databases, filing documents, and maintaining digital / physical records.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with data entry, preparing reports, and facilitating internal communication.
  • Financial Assistance: Processing invoices and tracking expenses.

Your Profile:

  • Experience: Experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), office management software, ERP systems and commercial platforms.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Education: GCSE English and Maths as a minimum / certificate or diploma in business administration.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and vendors.
