- Assist with accreditation maintenance
- Completion of allergen/cleaning swabbing and validations
- Completion of intake checks on entrance to production; communicate and maintain supplier non-conformance forms
- Monitor compliance ref. cleaning activities on Site
- Assist in audit preparation and audit completion; CAPA completion of the audit NR’s
- Support Quality/Food Safety related training on Site
- Support in investigations of customer complaints, deviations, non-conforming products
- Monitor food safety, integrity, legality and quality activities on Site.
- Assist with commissioning and validation activities.
- Verification and auditing of production paperwork and any other quality related documentation
- Samples collection and submission to QC lab
- Monitor compliance with product QAS; preform product quality checks against QAS
- Assist with customer queries and requests.
- Projects completion on Quality/Food Safety related topics given by QA Manager and Supervisor
- Support in continuous improvement of Quality and HACCP system
- Maintain good food safety culture on Site
- Completion of temperature checks of the fridges/freezers and chilled goods
- Escalation of any issues related to quality; food safety and health and safety to QA/H&S Managers
- Completion of CCP’s annual validation for all CCP’s in the production areas.
- Incident reporting; report completion and follow ups to ensure that all corrective and preventative actions are completed on time
- Equipment checks and replacing of knives, blades and needles, relevant paperwork completion
- Assist in Lab activities and provide cover if required
- Completion of environmental swabbing activities and submission to external Lab
- Attend factory tool box talk to report any quality/food safety related topics and promote food safety and quality culture
- Completion of any other quality/food safety related tasks given by Quality Manager and Supervisor
