This role is pivotal in shaping brand identity, driving awareness, and supporting commercial growth across both B2B (veterinary practices) and B2C (pet owners) markets. We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and commercially-driven Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies to build brand equity and drive customer engagement across all channels.
- Manage the brand activity calendar, including campaign launches, seasonal initiatives, and new product launches.
- Lead the stage gate process for all NPD and EPD projects, collaborating with commercial, sales, technical, regulatory, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee marketing content creation (website, digital, print, social media, packaging), ensuring compliance with regulatory and veterinary standards.
- Partner with the category team on research initiatives to understand consumer insights, monitor trends, and assess competitor activity.
- Coordinate with agencies on branding, packaging, and promotional campaigns.
- Track and report on brand performance metrics, using data to refine campaigns and inform strategy.
- Lead trade marketing efforts to veterinary practices, including events, exhibitions, POS, and educational materials, working closely with internal veterinarians and technical teams for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
Your Profile
- 3–5 years’ experience in brand management, preferably within veterinary, pet care, animal health, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand building, and omni-channel campaigns.
- Proven success in developing and executing growth-driven brand strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets.
- Commercial mindset with attention to detail and a passion for pets and animal wellbeing.
- Experience with regulatory requirements in veterinary or healthcare sectors is a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Veterinary Science (with marketing experience), or related field.
- Experience working in B2C environments.
- Familiarity with veterinary networks, pet retail, or eCommerce channels.
