The Morning Care Aide plays an important role in providing a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for students before the start of the school day. This position is responsible for supervising students, facilitating quiet activities, and ensuring a smooth transition into the school day. The Morning Care Aide serves as a positive role model, reflecting the Catholic values and mission of the school.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during morning care hours.
- Greet students and families in a warm, professional manner.
- Monitor student behavior and promote respectful and kind interactions.
- Provide age-appropriate activities such as reading, drawing, or quiet games.
- Maintain a calm and structured environment that prepares students for the school day.
- Ensure a smooth handoff to teachers or classroom aides at the start of the school day.

- Maintain accurate attendance records.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
