Lansdale Catholic High School is seeking an energetic and creative Advancement Associate to enhance our Advancement efforts with our alumni and parent community.

This role plays a critical role in fostering a culture of philanthropy and loyalty to Lansdale Catholic.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Catholic education and a strong understanding of the mission and vision of the school.

The Advancement Associate will report directly to the Director of Institutional Advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stewardship
  • Plan and execute a variety of networking events to foster connections with Lansdale Catholic and its constituents.
  • Assist the Director of Advancement with creative strategies to expand and recognize our leadership donors.
  • Alumni Relations
  • Develop and executive a comprehensive alumni relations program that effectively cultivates relationships with alumni.
  • Working with the Director of Communications and the Director of Advancement, develop a quarterly e-newsletter spotlighting alumni accomplishments as well as sharing information on current school events and news.

Foster relationships with faculty members to learn about newsworthy events in their classrooms.

  • Assist in the updating content on the school’s website by submitting alumni profiles and upcoming events.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to facilitate alumni involvement in student mentorship programs, guest speaking opportunities and career development initiatives.
  • Assist with the Alumni Hall of Fame nomination process and induction event.
  • Prospect Research and Management
  • Identify and conduct ongoing research of major prospects and donors.
  • Write and maintain major prospect and donor profiles.
  • Generate and analyze major prospect pipeline reports. Add alerts on Raisers Edge.
  • General
  • Assist the Director of Advancement with fundraising initiatives, including the Crusader Fund, the tax credit program and scholarship funds.
  • Manages portfolio of donors including outreach, cultivation, making the ask, and continuing the relationship.
  • Serve as an integral member of the Advancement Committee of the Board.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • This position is an Hourly, 12-month position

PA required clearances and Safe Environment Certification and official transcripts will be required before employment can begin.
