Join the team at St Clare's OSHC Yarrabilba, where we create engaging experiences that support children's wellbeing, learning and development. We're seeking Educators to support up to 82 children across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care. Together, we foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued and encouraged to explore their interests.
From facilitating activities to building positive relationships, you'll play a meaningful role in creating enjoyable experiences and helping children make the most of their day.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging play-based experiences that support children's learning, wellbeing and development.
- Work alongside a collaborative team to foster a positive and inclusive environment where children feel safe, connected and inspired to thrive.
Job Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) essential.
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Current completion of, or willingness to complete, mandatory National Child Safety Training (Gecko Learning).
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment.
- Experience working with school-aged children in an OSHC, education, recreation, or care setting highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues.
