Location: Redbank Plains

St Ann’s Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) provides high-quality care for up to 104 children and is conveniently located in Redbank Plains. We celebrate each child’s individuality, learning style and voice, creating meaningful experiences that reflect their interests and needs.

Our flexible, child-led program embraces children’s cultures, passions and ideas, weaving them into our daily activities. We also support daily school drop-off and pick-up from St Ann’s Primary School, ensuring a smooth and caring transition for children.

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Educators to join our team, with a focus on afternoon shifts and vacation care. If you’re passionate about creating fun, inclusive and supportive environments where children can learn, grow and thrive, we’d love to hear from you!

What a day looks like for our Educators:

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire.
  • Effective oral and written communication within the workplace.
  • Willingness to take Child Protection Training as required.
