About Us

St Francis Kindergarten is a standalone 22-place kindergarten located on the grounds of St Francis Xavier Catholic Primary School, Goodna. We operate during school terms (40 weeks per year), giving our team the same school holiday breaks as families. Our kindy features expansive natural outdoor play areas and thoughtfully designed learning spaces that inspire creativity, curiosity, and exploration. At St Francis Xavier Kindergarten, every child's individuality is valued, their voices are heard, and their learning journey is celebrated in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

About You

  • Warm, caring, and enthusiastic about working with young children.
  • Passionate about play-based learning and inclusive education.
  • Able to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team.
  • Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Hold a current Blue Card and First Aid/CPR including Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain).
  • Hold (or are willing to complete) National Safeguarding Training (Geccko).
