Full-Time Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – Augustine Heights LDC
We are seeking a qualified, experienced ECT for an exciting opportunity to join the team at St. Augustine’s Long Day Care.

About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you will:
- Deliver an inclusive, engaging program aligned with the EYLF and QKLG
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Create inspiring indoor and outdoor learning environments that spark curiosity and growth
- Document children’s learning through observations, evaluations and reflections
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
- Represent the service with professionalism, reflecting Catholic Early EdCare values
What You’ll Need
- ACECQA-approved Bachelor, Graduate Diploma or Master’s in Early Childhood Education
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD)
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations
- Understanding of behaviour guidance and inclusive practice frameworks
- Child Protection Training
