All Saints Outside School Hours Care is located on the grounds of Boonah Catholic Parish and All Saints’ Primary School. Our service provides Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care for up to 45 children within a highly supportive school community. We are a warm and welcoming service at the heart of a joyful local community. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment.
  • Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.
  • Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.
Requirements of the Role:
  • Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
  • Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
  • Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
  • Previous childcare service management experience.
  • Child Protection training is required for this role.
  • Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
