Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification.
- Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid, Childcare or Food Hygiene qualifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience as a room lead is preferable but not essential.

- Good organisational skills, able to record observations, plan provision, and keep accurate records.
- Capable of using a computer confidently for communication.
