Salary: Scale 2 – £29,808 pro rata term time

Hours: Part Time 3:30pm – 6:00pm term time (Holiday Club 8am – 4pm)

Year Round: Term Time & 35 days in the holidays

Permanent: Fixed Term

To Start: Monday 2nd February 2026

Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive difference every day? Archbishop Sumner CofE Primary School is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Wrap Around Care Worker to join our dedicated team.

About the role

• You will play a key part in our after school and holiday club, planning and leading fun, engaging activities for our lovely children.
• You’ll serve light meals, help create a welcoming environment, and ensure all children – including those with SEND – are included and supported.

What we are looking for

• Experience working with children
• Willingness to complete food hygiene and first aid training (if not already held)
• A positive, caring attitude and a commitment to safeguarding
• Ability to plan creative activities and support children’s wellbeing
