A dedicated, organised and compassionate Medical Lead is required to support the health and wellbeing of students and ensure that those with medical needs can fully access school life. The role involves working closely with pastoral staff, safeguarding leads, parents, and external agencies to oversee the day-to-day management of student medical needs, administer first aid where required, and ensure that appropriate care plans and procedures are in place.
