QuickBooks Finance & Office Administrator
Location: Horley
Hours: 12-15 hours per week (to be worked over 3 days)
My client is an independent telecoms provider looking for a highly organised Finance & Office Administrator to support their team using QuickBooks. You\'ll be responsible for financial admin customer support and keeping the operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and reconcile invoices and payments (QuickBooks)
- Produce weekly financial reports and manage petty cash
- Support customer queries and maintain records
- Handle supplier payments and assist with billing checks
- Keep the office organised and support directors
What We\'re Looking For
- Experience in finance admin / bookkeeping (QuickBooks essential)
- Great communication and time management skills
- Proactive detail-focused and confident working independently
