The Role

As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care delivery. You will play a key role in shaping the service as it continues to grow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and promoting person-centred care that supports independence, dignity, and choice.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing care team, with training and supervision at the core.
  • Managing compliance, quality assurance, and operational performance in line with CQC requirements.
  • Overseeing service coordination and scheduling to ensure continuity and reliability of care.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners, service users, and families.

About You

You are a confident and compassionate leader who can work independently while remaining open to collaboration and new ideas. You will bring:

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding domiciliary care.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a management or supervisory role within health and social care in the UK.
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred care principles.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or above.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • The right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
