The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care delivery. You will play a key role in shaping the service as it continues to grow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering and promoting person-centred care that supports independence, dignity, and choice.
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing care team, with training and supervision at the core.
- Managing compliance, quality assurance, and operational performance in line with CQC requirements.
- Overseeing service coordination and scheduling to ensure continuity and reliability of care.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners, service users, and families.
About You
You are a confident and compassionate leader who can work independently while remaining open to collaboration and new ideas. You will bring:
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding domiciliary care.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a management or supervisory role within health and social care in the UK.
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred care principles.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or above.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- The right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
