Rated Good by the CQC, we are committed to raising our standards even higher, and with strong growth and new service users joining us, we are now seeking a Medication & Compliance Support Officer to join our expanding team in Crawley, West Sussex.
As Medication & Compliance Support Officer, you will work with the Managing Director to support her vision for the future of the company and the individuals they support, as well as working closely with the Registered Manager and the Quality & Compliance Manager. No two days will be the same and you will gain vast satisfaction from helping to ensure that our clients and staff are safe and happy, their welfare and well-being safeguarded and that their service is effectively managed and delivered.
The duties will include:
- Support the leadership team in conducting staff supervisions
- Oversight of medication practice and medication audits
- Support management team in compliance management
- Performing spot checks
- Staff team support
- General office duties

To be considered for this role you must:
- Have experience at managerial level in a domiciliary care or supported living environment
- Have a proven track record of managing medication practices
- Hold a NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Hold a NVQ Level 3 in Medication Practice
