About the Role
As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, you won’t be rushing between multiple clients or doing short visits. Instead, you’ll build real connections with one or two young adults, helping them achieve personal goals like moving into their own home, landing their first job, making friends and enjoying life.
Key responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support
- Empower clients to build independence and confidence
- Support with daily activities, hobbies, socialising and appointments
